fatty food.. uhh.. uhh.. okay.. thing is.. things i already eat are pretty low fat.. it's just the gag and during gluttony sessions that i eat like a maniac..

and seafood? ditto.. mostly fish so it's okay... and steamed fish too... i rarely eat the scary stuff unless during the gluttony sessions..

thing is.. i have a "disreputation" to uphold Laughing

*Sees next Saturday's gluttony session go up in flames because everyone appears to be sick* Shocked

Actually my back is not feeling so great.....but it has nothing to do with buddy building, which actually helpt to strengthen my back muscles and hold my spine erect.

And can you believe it? My BP(which I get measured several times a year) is still in the healthy range. Laughing

the Bear SG

there's this huge slice of durian cake in front of me.. but i'm not into durian cake...

av98m SG

anyhoooo... i didn't think Lady Di was that pretty either.. i think i'm one of the very few who didn't think much of her... at all...

If it is lust then Chuckie must truly be insane. Shocked
